Advocate Shyam Sunder Adhlakha 

Our partner, Shyam Adhlakha completed his degree in commerce from Delhi University in the year 2011 and after having an understanding of corporate-legal relations, he decided to pursue law and completed LL.B from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 2014. Thereafter, he completed LL.M in public law from the prestigious National Law University, Delhi, having special emphasis on Criminal Law. After, completing his master’s degree, he chose legal practise as a profession and joined the office of Sh. Anand Gupta in 2018 and since then apart from dealing his individual cases, he has assisted his seniors in almost all of the major cases ranging from wide variety of white-collar crimes to typical criminal cases like murder, rape etc.

Law is dynamic and is affected by various factors and to harmonise the same, he is always updated with latest legal and other developments. He has a good hold on constitutional law which is the basic source of all laws making it easier to use the same for the best interest of his clients in both civil and criminal matters.
