Our partner, Himanshu Gupta, is presently a panel lawyer for Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. He has also been a panel lawyer for Union of India from 2015 to 2018. He has regular appearances before the various High Courts across India including Delhi, Punjab and Haryana, Jaipur, etc. He also handles matters before Central Administrative Tribunals, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Competition Commission of India DRAT, DRT and several State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
His Story
Our partner, Himanshu Gupta completed his graduation from Shaheed Bhagat Singh college in the year 2004. Thereafter, he completed law from Campus law Centre, Delhi University in the year 2007. His career encompasses a wide range of litigation and non-litigation experience, including Criminal Law but not limited to Offences under Prevention of Corruption Act, Indian Penal Code, POCSO, PNDT Act; Real Estate; Recovery; IPR Disputes; Disputes Arising out of Commercial Contracts; Debt Recovery Tribunals; SARFAESI Act; Complaints under Negotiable Instruments Act, Arbitration, Companies Act Industrial Disputes, Service Laws, Civil & Corporate Laws.
He further possesses expertise in drafting and vetting of documents and contracts pertaining to and including lease/license/sale of Immovable Property; Deeds and Agreements; MOUs; Trade Mark registrations, renewals and oppositions; and also responding to various legal notices.
He has worked under the tutelage of Mr R.K. Gupta, Former Joint Director Prosecution, Haryana. He also worked as a law researcher with Hon’ble Justice Vipin Sanghi which provided him a deep insight of the working of the legal profession from the Bench’s point of view.
